Outerspace con'd

Thanks to our surprise visitor last week (Mr.Kacz), we now have a space ship for dramatic play.
The children enjoy pretending to blast off and land on distant planets.
They have been taping things down to the side, so they don't float away,
because there is no gravity in outer space.

Building rockets.

Count and print your numbers.

Count and circle the correct number.

Shake and spill.
The children have 3 stones- if one falls out how many are left in your hand? 2
-if 3 fall out, how many are left? 0
Great mental math activity to begin understanding concepts of addition.

Enjoying our new technology, thanks again to Mr. Kacz for setting us up!
